Dominique Persoone is a Belgian chocolatier, based in Bruges, Belgium. He is the owner of The Chocolate Line, a chocolate shop and factory in Bruges, with a second shop in Antwerp. He is known for his unusual flavor combinations and sometimes shocking style. He is also known for his chocolate shooters, which are used to shoot cocoa powder, mixed with mint and either ginger or raspberry powder, into the nostrils. He has made these shooters for the birthday parties of the Rolling Stones, and for the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Brabant. He has also made a chocolate lipstick for the Belgian singer Axelle Red, and a chocolate skull for the Rolling Stones.
